Are You Noticing These Changes in Your Health?
Feeling “off” doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong.
Persistent Fatigue, Brain Fog or Mental Burnout
Low energy that lingers even after rest, or feeling run down more often than usual.
Hormonal or Cycle-Related Changes
Difficulty focusing, reduced motivation, mood changes, or feeling mentally overwhelmed.
Weight Changes or Metabolic Resistance
Unexplained weight gain, stalled progress despite effort, or changes in body composition.
Sleep Disruption or Difficulties
Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up feeling unrefreshed.
Low Drive or Performance Changes
Reduced libido, lower physical stamina, or decreased motivation in daily life.
Slow Recovery or Increased Aches
Workouts feel harder to bounce back from, or soreness and inflammation linger longer than expected.
But if several of these sound familiar, getting your hormone tested can give you clear insight.
Men’s Testosterone Therapy
Pregnyl® (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, hCG) is an FDA-approved prescription hormone medication that helps stimulate your body’s natural hormone production. It works similarly to a hormone called luteinizing hormone (LH), which plays an important role in reproductive and hormone health.
For men, Pregnyl may be prescribed in certain cases where the body is not properly signaling the testes to produce testosterone due to a pituitary-related condition. In these situations, it can help stimulate natural testosterone production under medical supervision.
For women undergoing fertility treatment, Pregnyl is used alongside other medications to help trigger ovulation when appropriate. Careful monitoring is required throughout treatment.
It is important to know that according to FDA labeling, hCG has not been shown to help with weight loss, reduce hunger, or change fat distribution.
Pregnyl is given as an intramuscular injection and is only available with a prescription. Your Superior provider will determine if this medication is appropriate based on your labs, medical history, and treatment goals.

If you have been feeling more tired than usual, noticing a drop in muscle strength, struggling with low sex drive, mood changes, or slower recovery after workouts, your testosterone levels may be playing a role. Many men experience these changes gradually and may not realize hormones can be a contributing factor.
Testosterone therapy is prescribed for men with clinically low testosterone confirmed through symptoms and lab testing. The goal is to bring your levels back into a healthy range under the supervision of a licensed provider. Your treatment plan is personalized based on your lab results, overall health, heart risk factors, future fertility goals, and how you are feeling. Ongoing follow ups and lab monitoring help ensure your therapy remains balanced and appropriate.
This product may be dispensed as either an FDA-approved commercial medication or a compounded formulation prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Testosterone Cypionate/Propionate is a compounded injectable therapy designed for men with clinically diagnosed testosterone deficiency. This formulation combines a short-acting ester (propionate) with a longer-acting ester (cypionate) to support more consistent testosterone levels between injections.
When testosterone levels are low, you may notice changes in energy, libido, mood, muscle mass, strength, recovery, and overall motivation. This therapy may be prescribed as part of a medically supervised hormone optimization plan to support sexual health, bone density, red blood cell production, and body composition.
Treatment is individualized. Your Superior provider will evaluate your symptoms, laboratory results, cardiovascular risk factors, and long-term goals before prescribing therapy. Ongoing lab monitoring is required to help guide dosing and ensure safety.

Women’s Hormone Replacement Therapy
Progesterone is a hormone your body naturally makes to help regulate your period, support a healthy uterus, and keep estrogen levels balanced. As you move through perimenopause and menopause, progesterone levels can drop. This shift may lead to irregular cycles, trouble sleeping, mood swings, or simply not feeling like yourself.
When used as part of hormone replacement therapy, progesterone is often paired with estrogen to help protect the lining of the uterus in women who still have one. Your treatment plan is personalized based on your symptoms, health history, and lab results. Your Superior provider will determine the right type, dose, and duration of therapy and will monitor you to ensure it continues to be appropriate and well tolerated.

If you have noticed a decrease in sex drive, lower energy, reduced muscle tone, mood shifts, or a general sense that your body feels different, hormonal changes may be contributing. These shifts commonly occur during perimenopause, menopause, or after surgical removal of the ovaries.
In certain cases, testosterone may be included as part of a personalized hormone plan when lab results and symptoms support treatment. Women receive significantly lower doses than men, and therapy is carefully customized and closely monitored to reduce the risk of unwanted side effects such as excess hair growth or voice changes. Your Superior provider will review your health history and labs to determine whether testosterone therapy is appropriate for you.

Estradiol capsules are an oral estrogen therapy prescribed to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause and low estrogen levels. As estrogen declines, many women experience symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, mood changes, sleep disruption, and shifts in body composition. Oral estradiol works by restoring estrogen levels in the body to help reduce these symptoms and support overall hormonal balance.
Estradiol capsules may also be prescribed in certain cases of ovarian insufficiency, after surgical removal of the ovaries, or to support bone health in postmenopausal women at risk for osteoporosis. Treatment is individualized and based on your symptoms, medical history, and laboratory findings. Your Superior provider will determine the appropriate dose and duration of therapy and reassess treatment regularly to ensure continued safety and clinical appropriateness.
